Endless Download !!! (Dead in Bermuda)

When loading at the beginning of the game, there is an endless loading (At the moment, we collect survivors). After exiting the game in one and 3 profiles under the inscription "Day 2" - "2 Survivors" writes 404_QUEST_NOT_FOUND. What is the mistake, how to fix it?
