How to turn on the manual transmission? (Assetto Corsa)

Guys, help turn on the manual gearbox, the G27 steering wheel, everything is connected, in the game the settings are set for this steering wheel (with a plus there), the checkbox is to use the selective gearbox, but when playing, it shifts gears by itself, or you can only use the petals yourself. I read on another forum the setting for this steering wheel, there was just a problem in the checkbox.

when choosing a car, track, etc. there is a parameter "realism" and in this tab, most likely you have an automatic gearbox turned on, I can not attach a screen, I do not know how, if something is knocking on the face somehow we will figure it out))
