Black screen on startup (Might and Magic: Heroes 6)

I have a license. I start the game - a black screen and that's it. The game does not minimize and I cannot open the task manager. Before that, I played 192 hours. Reinstalled windows, but the game is displayed on Steam and Uplay.

properties
compatibility -Windows 7
disable full screen optimization (check the box)
run as administrator in this shortcut.
