Autostart console when you turn on the gamepad

Hello everyone. In general, the question is.
I have a console of the latest generation (XBX SX), I rarely play on it, I use a gamepad more often on a PC (and on a console a keyboard mouse, but this is my perversion), and when I disconnect from a PC (I use a lace), the console automatically turns on.
Gamepad launch is disabled in console settings. The gamepad also disabled the input from it. Remote launch is also disabled in the console.
One hell, as soon as power is supplied to the gamepad (or disconnected from the PC), the console starts itself ... You have to change the output on the monitor (with a button, of course) in order to turn off the console manually.
Did anyone have similar problems? And how did you decide?

Unlinking a gamepad is not an option.
