Twin Blades (Call of Duty: Warzone)

I bought a set for Maru, this cool one, with ears, there are paired blades stylized as anime wakizashi. I poyuzat them a little, and then I realized that a green dot hangs on them, like I opened something in them, but I can't do anything, they are closed for me, there is a quest hanging on them from a knife to stab 45 people behind, it's unrealistic in such a dynamic the game. You can, of course, get worn out with a shield and stunning grenades, but nafig I need it. And this green dot is annoying. In short, shouldn't the weapon with obtaining a skin, and even more donating one, be opened? What is the stuffiness?
