elevator in the quarantine zone at the very bottom (Batman: Arkham Knight)

the elevator in the quarantine zone is almost at the end of the game when I enter the door, the elevator is at the very bottom and even if you parry it, you will rest against it, and when you approach the edge of the elevator, you will fall through the textures. Please, people, help with this bug
