Stronghold Warlords not responding (Stronghold: Warlords)

At startup (the license) immediately hangs on dead, only restarting the PC helps. Before that, the day before the release, I downloaded and put the pirate to try if the game will start. The next day I bought it and started ... a folder with data from the pirate is created in my documents as I understand. Can anyone know how to treat this?
