Update not update (Borderlands 3)

Dorough experts. At the end of February, I bought a third board for a fourth curling iron (ps4) and played quietly until I paused the game and saw an inscription about the update and a proposal to apply it. Without thinking twice, I went to the main menu and nothing happened. I climbed in the settings and wherever it was possible, but I could not find it. After a while I saw this inscription again and now I see it consistently 3 times a day. Is that how it should be, or is there something I don't understand? And in addition, I'm dumb and can't find the activator for the Maliwanese mess, although the plot has already been completed.
