Akara does not offer respec (restart) (Diablo 2)

Played with a friend and noticed that after completing the Den of Evil quest, Akara does not offer respect. We thought it was some kind of bug, but the advice from the Internet did not help (re-host the battlenet server, go to someone's server). Even by creating a new character and completing the first quest, I do not have the opportunity to respawn from Akara. Can anyone advise on what to do about this? I'm playing, it's clear the stump, on RuBattleNet on Diablo 2 LoD v1.14d

If anything, before that (about a month ago) Akara normally offered respec and I even used it on a couple of characters, so this problem is a maximum of a month

you were cruelly deceived - there is a slightly different patch on the server and there are no respecs in it. Tokens too.
You used Respec before in the single.
