After clicking play on the launcher, the game opens and closes (FIFA 21)

Actually, I bought Fifa21 through Steam, everything was fine. Then I decided to reinstall Windows, re-install the steam and the game, the launcher starts, I press "play", a black window opens for a second or two and then it closes and that's it. I tried all the solutions to the problem that I knew (the firewood is the latest, MVC ++ is all, framework too, there is no antivirus, the firewall is disabled).
