Tell me mod... (Fallout 3)

Good day! I'm new on the forum. Sorry if that is not the case.
Looking for a mod for Fallout 3 to be able to place/to put an NPC (for example, near the house, the house, etc.), and to be able to put on their armor. Want to do something like my database. Found mod furniture, put everything, but no NPC is boring.
PS Settled at the metro station, I want to give back to the NPC.

Mod called Companion Commander a similar fashion. But they did not and have not tested

And is there any fashion to any character, not just conceived the companions ask house? Just so few of them it turns out (more because of the karma of all not to take)

Thanks, but I needed a mod that would dress their NPC (I'd dress them in armor, from subway). In the robot suit kind of like not worn. I have found you need a mod - Companion Share And Recruit
