Missing Core / Activation64.dl (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

I ran into such a problem. I installed the game (I bought it in the store, if anything) and ... it does not start, write "the program cannot be launched because there is no Core / Activation64.dl on the computer" and where can I get Activation? Thanks a lot in advance.
