When on the desktop set the Wallpaper from the game, and the game itself is not.

People what's the problem,only reinstalling the game will help,or there is a variant easier?

Install over without uninstalling the game and all.
Easier way no, if you want the second method then go to the source of the problem, i.e. antivirus.
Usually a defender of Windows, it is either deleted or placed in quarantine,
this is easier to reinstall the game to restore this file.
But it may happen again so you need to disable this protector in any case
