Game not in RSL library (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Greetings!
Used to play the game and everything was OK. Recently I decided to replay it and start playing Online at the same time.
The game is missing from the Rockstar Launcher library. I bought it on Steam.
Have you tried everything already? what I just found:
- Run as administrator and vice versa of all shortcuts and vice versa
- Clean boot Win10 and launch
- Reinstall Windows several times, including installing Win7 (played on it before)
- Repeated reinstallation of the game and scanning for games
- Support Service Rockstar gave some advice and nothing helped. They wrote that they had transferred them to the appropriate department and have been silent for a week.
- Deleting local profile and Rockstar folders.
Can anyone come across this and find a solution? Already really nerves at the limit
