The game crashes, help solve the problem (Forza Horizon 4)

I bought the game in Steam
After that I installed and launched it.
At medium graphics settings it was 60 fps, everything was fine
After I was given the first car to choose from, I was offered to start the first race, after I started it
At the moment where my character is standing near my car crashes in me
PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
I really want to play :(
