FPS issues (Call of Duty: Warzone)

I used to have i3 8100 and gtx 970 and the game was about 40-50fps.
I installed the i7 7700 of 16GB of RAM. and nothing has changed all the same 50 fps with drawdowns. What could be the problem?

This game is more voracious than the representatives of body positivity, it literally gobbles up all your components and spits out FPS in small fragments
