Why isn't the selection wheel spinning? (God of War (2018))

I got to the end of chapter 3, where you need to select Alvheim through Bivrest, but he does not spin. What the hell?
I rebooted the game and still does not spin with the left stick.

the problem was solved when I loaded the old save, 20 minutes passed on the new one and everything worked
