Are there any screamers? (The Medium)

Horror is clearly not my genre, but I like to play something like the latest remakes of RE, but games like The Dark Pictures Anthology are not very much. Already after twenty minutes I sit on pins and needles, waiting for the next screamer, there is little pleasure. Can you tell me how in The Medium with this?
