Black screen and subtitles in Two Colonels (Metro Exodus)
The game was bought in Steam. Patch 1.0.0.7, respectively. Passed the main game, twice, without serious problems. In addition, Two Colonels, right after the Christmas tree - a black screen, subtitles and nothing else. One black. There is also no sound. Game at the same time. I can safely go to the menu, boot, etc. Whatever I did - reset the graphics settings including DirectX, run the game through its safe mode, delete User.cfg. Help anyone with what they can. I know this is an ancient thread, nevertheless, google let me here as well so maybe it will help someone.

What heleped: I've completly deleted all files in save location (C:Users(Username)Saved Gamesmetro exodus ), reinstalled the game from the scratch, set DX to 11 and restarted DLC from the beggining. After these steps, the new year animation passed through sucesfully and game continued normally.
