How to increase blood bubbles in the game (Bloodborne)

After taking out the hedgehog grandmother (Hemvik lane, available right after Gascoigne), you can get a tool for runes, on the bell tower of the Eidon chapel there is a rune for increasing healok (as much as a whole +1 bubble;) - you need to go up the elevator. The elevator becomes accessible only after the blood swallow is removed = P Previously, not increased.
