Not working console. (Fallout 3)

what value should be entered in the fallout.ini screen resolution, 1366x768?

It is better to use ..\Fallout 3\FalloutLauncher.exe.
There you can configure any game settings, including screen resolution.
Choose 16:9 ratio, and then in the list select the desired line 1366x768.
