Help to configure USB ports on the monitor.

Hello everyone!
I bought an RGB tape for USB, plugged it into the monitor port, everything works, beautifully ...
But when I turn off the computer (the keyboard and mouse go out, the computer is completely turned off), the tape connected to the monitor remains on, although the monitor has also gone to sleep and the light is on red (off) The
monitor is connected only to the outlet and the display port to the video card

If your monitor was additionally connected to the motherboard via a USB type B cable, you could configure the USB ports to be disabled on the monitor via BIOS / Windows. But since this is not the case, then only the settings of the monitor itself. If there are no parameters in the settings for turning off the power of the usb ports, then nothing, except for completely turning off the monitor.

That is exactly what is in sleep, not off - it is in standby mode while the USB port is powered. If you completely de-energize (for example, pull the cord out of the socket), the tape will go out sooner or later.

I haven't used MSI for a thousand years, but I'll try to tell you something from this manual, I also took screenshots from there
https://ru.msi.com/support/technical_details/MB_BIOS_Manual#txt16

Try to make these points as in the screenshots above (all , not only those circled).

But in the next screenshot, disable both "Msi fast boot" and "fast boot" functions.

You also need to disable fast startup in Windows, there is an instruction on how to do it (copy all the text from the spoiler to the address bar):
Spoiler https://remontka.pro/fast-startup-windows-10/#: ~: text =% D ..., s% 20 "Enable% 20fast% 20start"

In theory, this should be enough for the ports to be disabled. But I don't have 100% certainty, because maybe they will additionally be powered by the monitor itself, then you need to dig into the monitor settings to be sure.

back to "power supply", on the left there should be an inscription "Actions of the power buttons", click on it, then click on "change parameters that are currently unavailable" and uncheck "enable fast startup".
Also try to switch BIOS to English, maybe you can find the necessary functions.

I once again rummaged through BISOE, there is nothing there (
Then you need to buy a USB extension cable and connect the tape directly to the motherboard, everything will work as it should)

Try to create a topic specifically on the bios of your motherboard, there may be people who have the same motherboards and bios, they will tell you. I don’t have such a BIOS at hand, maybe there are already new versions and the necessary settings have been renamed or are in other sections.

All functions related to quick launches; saving power on USB ports (on the screenshots that I threw above, it was called "Usb Standby Power at s4 / 5"); and all the functions of waking up the computer using usb devices (second screenshot).

I did it !!!) RGB tape turns off by itself !!!))
It's just that USB on the monitor is disconnected after a minute, after the red button on the monitor lights up (this is when it goes to sleep)
