Dig towards mods.
I mnu default (no mods, because I play mainly in MP) with all DLC cards and there are no problems.

There is nothing on the graphon. It costs only traffic from Jazzycat

So it is not the graphon hanging on the boards, but the traffic shows what is going where.

If there are promods and rusmap, try to lower the rusmap file model 2 below the promods, it should help.

There are no promodes, there is a Russian map, Siberia map, Volga map, the southern region and REXFREE2.5. I reached Portugal, there are shields with the inscription

Incompatibility between ROEXFREE 2.5 and 1.40, try removing ROEX.
