Launch problem (Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts)

After the logo comes out such crap, can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

If it's a pirate then download another repack, but if it's a license then check the files.

there was such crap right after the release.
then they released a patch and fixed everything.
I donâ€™t know for pirates ...
