Strange question, this boss (s, in high chaos 2 mobs appear with separate hp) is included in the Director's Cut add-on, if there is a dls in the assembly, that is, if not, then no. If you do not take into account the possible crookedness of the pirates themselves, of course.
Boss (s) not very interesting, little mechanic, no special tactics required to kill.
For the sake of such items, it is only worth killing:
