FilePatching is not accepted (Arma 3)
When entering any server, it displays the following:"The server does not accept the current FilePatching client settings."
Inserted parameters -FilePatching and -noFilePatching, no changes.

I solved the problem in a day myself, the essence is this:
Arma does not care what you typed in the command line -no / FilePatching, it still takes the parameter settings from the launcher.
This function is turned off in "Advanced" -> "Allow edits in files".
