Alternative costumes (Street Fighter X Tekken)

People tell me how to open alternative costumes in the game?
I bought Street Fighter X Tekken Complete Pack and some characters have other people's costumes, but not all of Sakura, for example, have only one (by default), but there should be three, went through the arcade several times at different difficulty levels, nothing was added for it. Internet did not find a single guide on this topic at all.
