4K Pro screen resolution resets after restarting the game (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

In short, I installed the assembly with "lore friendly" mods, in which you can set the resolution to 3840x2160.
After restarting the game, the resolution is reset to 1920x1080 again.
Is there some way to always run the game at 3840x2160?

Just in case, I tried to register different game in the launch parameters, in the spirit of "-w 3840" - it did not help)
I have an ordinary monitor, hd.

PS Why launch a game in 4k? - It's simple to remove the "ladders".
