Soap textures. (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

Hello everyone. How to get rid of the wild "SOAP"? My textures do not load at all, no matter what settings I set. And in some parts of the map there are no textures at all, just a gray platform. Sometimes they make friends, but still they look like on "low", and I bet on "extra". I have a 4 gig video card, the video memory should be enough. I heard somewhere that you can remove the gradual loading of textures so that they are loaded immediately. It seems that this is done in a text file. Tell me who knows.
