When replacing slides in a body slide, most likely the previous preset was not deleted. And both layers were superimposed on each other. Try to return the standard settings in the body slide, clean everything, and then load the preset you need. How to clean and install presets can be found on the Internet.
Second option, you are missing the required textures / meshes. Look where the preset requirements were downloaded from, maybe it's worth downloading something

Have you tried deactivating your skin texture mods?

if you uninstall bodyslide, the alterations you made still remain in the fallout4/Data/Tools/Bodyslide folder. Delete them and reinstall bodyslide
