And so skulls are given for helping other players, you can help yourself on lighter ones bosses. Without online, they endlessly farm in bowls (spawn randomly at the location, + 1 insight for each boss of the bowl). If it's completely pinned down, you can knock out of the small spiders that Rom summons - but it rarely drops out.

I do not know what kind of plugs there are. Really difficult bosses only in DLC. But even there is crap in fact ... bowls, that's where the anus burns out)) When you need to pick the boss for 15 minutes, and the slightest poke is enough for you.
