GOTY version bug (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

downloaded mods for the witcher, one was only compatible with the GOTY version, I installed the patch https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2134?tab=posts went into the game, load the save, and there they write to me that I have not bought by dlc, attached a skin shot, read the instructions attached to that patch, but nothing helped, please help!
