FPS issue dropped to 20 and below (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Guys help in the fall, the old MSI R9 390X died, bought a new MSI RTX 3070 and the game began to lag after the first match even in the lobby FPS no higher than 30, and sometimes drops to 5, at any graphics and resolution settings.

Try using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) prog to demolish the video card drivers (naturally in Windows safe mode) and reinstall them. Downloaded from the guru3d website.
