There was such crap when in the panel settings Nvidia turned on "Sharpen the image".

Strange crap, yes it will be at home to check, since I have not started it for a couple of months, maybe the last patch had that effect.

so it is so .. also turned on the sharpness ... but sometimes the same canoe happens even when the sharpness is turned off in the nvidia panel ... but not always
