Problem installing mods (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I downloaded scripthook, no scripthook, native trainer and mods for random killer missions, robbing houses and arresting peds from this site https://www.gta5-mods.com/
None of the mods worked. Only the native trainer works and partly the mod for the hitman, and it periodically gives out strange inscriptions, you can see on the screen at the bottom left. License, epic games. The console with mod errors is visible on the screen. What is it, why mods don't work?
