Do not start the installed maps in Warcraft 3 (Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos)

Downloaded a couple of maps in Warcraft 3, but they did not run, watched many videos but to no avail. Though my maps in the maps folder, the icon for photoshop, and the cards of Warcraft icon just paper. I think in this case you don't know how to fix it please help
PS.
the card I begin to load but do not load and just stays in the selection window cards

No. It's just an indicator of what Windows considers the default for opening this type of file. It doesn't mean anything.
