Lost game files. (Assassin's Creed 3)

A couple of years ago, when installing the game on a new computer, there were problems. I could not enter either single or multiplayer. Asked for extra. files. I contacted the support service, sent a package of files, downloaded it, everything worked. Now, when reinstalling Windows, the disk was formatted and all files, including those sent by support, were lost. Now support is not available, allegedly due to covid. Maybe someone has come across such a problem and has these files, please respond.
