Install via Texmod.
1. Launch Texmod.exe
2. Click the Folder under Target Application and specify the path to the BatmanAC.exe file in the Batman Arkham City / Binaries / Win32 folder.
3. Make sure Texmod is in Package Mode.
4. Click on the small folder above the red x and select the downloaded .tpf file
5. Click the Run button and the game will start with a new texture.
