Renovated video card 2
Gtx 980 ti evga after repair it burned out a short circuit and was repaired and they say not to load and removed one throttle what to do so that it does not burn out again can you lower mhz can anyone know

you can lower the frequencies, you can limit the powerlimit, you can still try to lower the voltage across the core (undervolting ). Personally, I would try both options 1 and 3 at the same time: set the frequencies as in the reference card + lower the voltage. Guides are on YouTube
