AMD Relive

Good day everyone! I'm tired of solving the issue myself, and after a long time surfing the Internet and installing everything differently, I decided to contact here. I have an ancient PC and Windows was there for almost 7 years until the other day, through a driver update, it stopped starting. After reinstalling the system and installing the drivers on the videocrat (Radeon RX 550), the relive stopped working. The button for recording or screenshots is simply not active, I press it and nothing happens. I read the forum in English at AMD and did not find anything.The driver first installed fresh and then thought maybe because of it, installed the driver of the end of 2020. I looked in the settings and there is no encoder choice, the list is empty, I installed OBS and there is only one 264 and not a single one from AMD. With what it can be connected?
