Question about the armor of the blasphemer (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

Listen, I bought the blueprints but did not manage to craft the set due to the fact that I did all the tasks and only had enough money for them (blueprints) and in the end I went to the 2nd chapter without a set but with blueprints. Quest failed. Can I craft a set in Chapter 2? Or is that dwarf such a fucking blacksmith?
