1st where infa about hardware and Windows
2nd litsuha or pirate (if it is kaneshno)?
3rd if litsuha what version of the game, do you play on the stable branch or beta?
4th do you use mods? if yes then delete them if possible conflict
5th activate Windows at last.
6th there is such a site called Google so you will find a lot of information (although I can guess that you have already googled)
Well, either end up deleting the game config, or reinstalling, or check the integrity of the cache for missing or damaged files.
