How do I disable random events? (Anno 1800)

I don't understand the logic of the creators of this wonderful game. In the sandbox settings, you cannot cut off random events, as a result, instead of a quiet game, hard labor begins with constant fires and explosions, in two hours of absence of a person in front of the computer, whole production chains sag, key buildings are in ruins, even with several fire stations nearby.
How do I turn off this bastard?

In the settings, you can only configure how often this muck happens, and there are no options for disabling these subtleties. How do I disable these events completely?
