How to unlock 60 FPS? (crypt,FB) (Mortal Kombat 11)

Hi all. Yesterday, Steam released an update that now any programs you do not need, they say they did support 60 FPS. But I still doesn't work.
The plane tried to disable and break frames too. What could be the problem?
