I had this when the name of the mod folder did not match the real name, for example, there was external item descriptions_89671894 - the game demolishes it. I removed the numbers and the stick, left only the external item descriptions - the mod is loaded, but a completely different problem is that it does not show the descriptions))) the rest of the mods are plowing.
