Live NPCs in single (Generation Zero)

I installed the game and began to play a couple of days ago (pirate, I play a single), I reached the command bunker "oars" and did not meet a single NPC alive, only messages and referrals to another point. There are only enemy robots and that's all! Question, and if at all in the single, live NPCs with which you can interact? At first glance, the game resembles early versions of Fallout 76, there are also no NPCs in the single, only messages from computers and enemy NPCs

I myself have just visited the Vesslan bunker on the plot. It seems that the living NPCs should appear closer to the end of the story missions, and even then, if you have DLS installed.

Greetings. The problem is that you are playing a pirated version - you either buy (if you can) the game or upgrade your game. I play the original version, and since the spring of this (2022) year, live NPCs have been introduced almost from the start of the game. I wish you a pleasant passage.
