Prompt mods (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

1) Maybe someone knows, there is a mod that removes the level from things, BUT at the same time it becomes more expensive to craft (for balance)? I know that this is done at the roach school, but there is also a lot of what I need.
2) Fans of E3 2013, if any, I would like to know the lighting mod from you, I tried it a little, but something like that.
