well, that's understandable, but you won't be able to evacuate everyone in this way.

Armored Skulls are much easier to farm in single mode + there are more chances to get high-level soldiers from puppets.

use the best sniper and shoot in the head. The second weapon is a grenade launcher, and the third is a magnum.
They are killed without problems. All 3 bases were cleared of skulls.

To have time to evacuate everyone it is best to kill them one by one. Or kill three and then quickly evacuate them.
what needs to be done for the quest to be counted - "neutralize the guards: launchers - 1". Details if possible !!
I killed them, and fultonil, and put them to sleep, everything is counted early, then no .... In total, on platform 2 with rocket launchers, all 2x need to be killed?
