This is a weapon from the PSP game Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines. Can be obtained by connecting completed Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines to Assassin's Creed II on PS3. You can also unlock it on a PC, there is a special unlocker.

I have it somewhere, unlocks all these weapons on the rack and an additional prize suit. This is for sure, because I played with this weapon myself. I donâ€™t remember where I got it.
