You need to jump to continue the mission (Cyberpunk 2077)

I was fucking shorter. There is no explanation or fix for this bug anywhere.
The problem itself is that when you are on the storyline (you can only walk and run, BUT NOT JUMP) and you need, for example, start a dialogue, sit down somewhere or take something, then you cannot do this because you simply do not such an action. That is, there is a yellow icon, but there is no line with the action, and in order to do this you need to jump, and already in the jump it will appear (as I understand it, at a certain height). And because of this, the quest is simply impossible to complete. Maybe someone knows how to deal with this?
(rebooting from old saves and loading the new patches themselves does not help in any way)
